Fall Off the Bone Baby Back Ribs in the Oven With Sauce

  • 1 rack pork ribs

dry rub

  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • ii tsp smoked paprika

BBQ Sauce

  • 2 cups bbq sauce I used Sweetness Baby Rays & added 2 tbsp each fresh lime juice and dear
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees fahrenheit.

  2. Remove membrane from ribs. Rub ribs with dry rub on both sides. Place ribs in oven safe dish (goulash dish works well) with meat side up. Cover tightly with foil and broil for 3-4 hours, or until rib temperature reaches at least 190 degrees, only no more than 200 degrees.

  3. Remove ribs from oven. Baste with BBQ sauce, and bake at 525 degrees fahrenheit for 3-5 minutes to caramelize BBQ sauce.

  4. Slice ribs and serve!
